On Saturday, November 2, 2013, our dedicated volunteers represented AWIS GCH at the Young Women’s College Preparatory Academy (YWCPA) Super Saturday College and Career Fair!

At YWCPA, we encouraged girls to excel in STEM careers and talked to them about the various career pathways that STEM affords. We even received a handwritten thank-you note from the girls who attended that day! Thanks to all our wonderful volunteers!

YWCPA is an all-girls magnet school with a rigorous curriculum focusing in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM).
